Definition: This recently described type of plasmablastic B-cell lymphoma occurs primarily in patients with Kaposi's Sarcoma Herpes virus 8-related angiofollicular hyperplasia (Castleman's disease) of the multicentric type. It has also been described in HIV+ patients and is related to the primary effusion lymphoma as well. --2003
