Definition and Synonyms

Definition: A water-soluble phosphate prodrug of N-acetylcolchinol with potential antineoplastic activity. ZD-6126 binds to and destabilizes the tubulin cytoskeleton of endothelial cells, thereby inhibiting angiogenesis which may result in tumor necrosis.(NCI04)
