Definition: Human oncogene ZNF217 Gene (Kruppel Family) at 20q13.2 encodes Zinc Finger Protein 217 isoforms, widely expressed transcription factors of 1,062 and 1,108 amino acids having a DNA-binding domain (eight C2H2-type zinc fingers) and a proline-rich transcription activation domain.
