And, when your mind is at peace, then the negative effect on your health is eliminated. A new energy and vitality flows through you.

The Bible says "God giveth power to the faint. And to them that have no might He increaseth strength. Even the young people shall faint and be tired, and shall utterly fall. But, those who wait or trust upon God, shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint." (Proverbs 40:31).
